WHAT IS SUBLIMATION INK PRINTING

Dye Sublimation Printing is a printing technology that uses heat and pressure to transfer sublimation dye ink to the surface of a material. It uses sublimation dye ink and thermal paper, or sublimation paper, to achieve pattern transfer.

Prepare the image

Load the desired image or design into your computer and use image processing software to adjust and prepare it.

Printing the image

Using a dye-sublimation printer, print the image onto special dye-sublimation paper.

Heat press

Place the printed sublimation paper and the material to be printed in the heat press.

Finished products

Finished products after transfer (cups, polyester T-shirts, pillow hats, etc.)

Textible Printing

How to test the pattern transfer effect

Resistant to pulling, cracking and deformation

Conduct a tensile test on the printed part of the clothing sample and pull the printed pattern. The printed pattern will not crack and the fabric will not crack.
