PRINTING PROCESS
UV DTF AB films work with a unique process consisting of two parts: A film and B film. Here are the steps
Print the design on the A film: Designs are printed onto Film A using a UV DTF printer and UV DTF Ink, which cures immediately under UV light and solidifies the design on the film.
Laminating to B-film: B-film with an adhesive layer is laminated to the printed side of the A-film.
This step ensures that the design is firmly sandwiched between the two films.
Transfer process: The combined AB films are pressed onto a target substrate, such as glass, metal, or plastic.
Pressure and heat help transfer the design from the film to the substrate.
Peeling: Carefully peeling off the film adheres the durable, vibrantly colored design to the substrate, which completes the design.
